Biography (1)
- S. M. Ishmam Alam completed his BA Hons. and MA in Literature stream from Department of English, Rajshahi University. After completing his masters degree, he joined as a lecturer, in the department of English, at Varendra University where he had been in service from 26 January 2020 to 13 October 2022. Currently, he is teaching as a lecturer in the department of English, at Pabna University of Science and Technology. His area of interest includes Literary Theory, New Literatures in English, Modernism and Postmodernism, Postcolonial literature and theory, and Cultural Studies among many others. He has two peer-reviewed publications to his credit. He is also keenly interested in cinema, music, and visual culture; and intends to write something about the screen in the future.
