Biography (1)

  • Dr. Md. Atikur Rahman is an Associate Professor of the Department of Physics at Pabna University of Science and Technology. Dr. Md. Atikur Rahman received the B.Sc.(Hons.) and M.Sc.(Thesis) degrees in Physics from the University of Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh in 2009 and 2010, respectively. He successfully awarded Ph. D degree in Physics from the department of Physics at Pabna University of Science and Technology in 2021. His research interests focus on Solid State Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, Material Science, and Semiconductor Devices, for Solar Cell and optoelectronic devices Applications. He already published almost 54 articles in recognized peer reviewed journal. He received Professor Arun Kumar Basak award (2009) and Gold Medal by Shaheed Suhrawardy Hall for First class (1st position) in B.Sc. (Honours) (2009). He also received National Science and Information and Communication Technology Scholarship in 2010 for his outstanding thesis work.
